With the aim of build-up the commercial organization for the Italian branch, the company has entrusted us with the identification of the:
National Account Manager Grocery
Reporting to the Sales Director, the National Account Manager Grocery will be in charge of managing relationships with supermarket chains, drug stores and distributor, defining product range, promotional plans, category management.
In particular, he/she will be in charge of:
- Defining channel’s targets in accordance with the Sales Director
- Managing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Analyzing network of clients in order to identify specific needs
- Identify strategic clients
- Developing and managing relationships with decision makers in order to achieve mid-long term sales targets
- Defining the channel commercial strategy – sell-in and sell-out – working closely with the Marketing team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as National Account Manager in FMCG companies
- Relational and commercial abilities to be effective in maintaining and consolidating relationships with business partners
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Goal orientation
- Problem solving
- Degree, preferably in Economics
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
