For a multinational manufacturing Group headquartered in Germany, with 2 Plants in northern Italy, we are searching for the
FINANCE MANAGER
Who, reporting to the Managing Director and to the Group CFO and coordinating the finance and accounting team, will:
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Review, monitor and manage budgets
- Produce and review financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Establish, submit and maintain fiscal files/declarations and records
- Managing and control activities according to the Group Transfer Price policy
- Collect, interpretate and review financial information
- Predict future financial trends
- Report to management and stakeholders, providing advice on how the company and future business decisions may be impacted
- Develop long-term business plans based on these reports
- Develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk
- Liaise with different departments, teams, suppliers and clients
- Implement the company’s policies
- Collate and analyse data, putting together financial reports for both factory managers and stakeholders
- Supervise and motivate the team, review their performance and identify training needs.
Ideal Profile
- Around 10 years of experience in the role of Finance Manager. Previous experience in an Auditing Consulting Company is preferred
- Experience in multinational industrial companies
- Italian fiscal and accounting principle/law/regulation deep knowledge + IAS/IFRS
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Deep knowledge of P&L/Balance sheet statement
- Knowledge of transfer Price principles
- Fiscal and accounting matters knowledge
- Personnel management procedures knowledge
- Team management experience
- Advanced use of integrate an ERP software
Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Engineering
Fluent English
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
